The Final Stage in the Cross Country Challenge series takes you across New York state, Massachusetts, and finally to touch the ocean in Rye, NH. As you depart Erie, note how many vineyards you see cycling along Lake Erie. From Hamburg it's only 40 minutes to Niagara Falls. Finally you head across New York State to the Finger Lakes Region and beautiful Lake Canandaigua. The country side is beautiful. Travel old routes 5 and 20, the original travel routes across the state. The Mohawk Trail calls as you pedal up and over the Berkshires and into Massachusetts. The riding is rolling and scenic as you cross the state and into New Hampshire towards the Atlantic ocean. A special option will take you from our motel into Maine. What a Great Ride!
